Expanded attorney representation for an Illinois residential seller who is selling without a listing agent. It includes the legal work in Sale Representation plus preparation or review of the purchase contract and additional transaction coordination. The fee is paid at closing from the seller’s proceeds. The firm does not act as a broker, list or market the property, show the property, locate a buyer, or provide pricing advice.
